05:59 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hafnia (HAFN) has agreed to buy 1.7 million additional class A shares of TORM (TRMD) at $34 apiece, Hafnia said Thursday. Following completion, Hafnia will hold nearly 20% of TORM's issued and outstanding share capital. Hafnia shares were down 4.6% in premarket activity, while TORM rose 0.6%.
