  • Whales accumulated 240 million ADA, helping drive Cardano’s 22% price rally.
  • Bullish inverse head and shoulders pattern targets a potential move toward $0.208.
  • Network upgrades and CME futures milestones strengthen Cardano’s long-term outlook.

Cardano — ADA, has returned to the spotlight after a strong recovery from July lows. Heavy whale buying helped drive fresh momentum across the market. Technical signals also support a stronger outlook for ADA. Buyers now watch whether recent gains can continue toward higher resistance levels. While some profit-taking has appeared, market sentiment remains positive. Growing network activity and bullish chart patterns continue giving traders reasons to stay optimistic.

Whale Buying Fuels Cardano’s Recovery

Cardano climbed to an intraday high of $0.190 before easing near $0.186. Even after the pullback, ADA remained about 22% above the July 8 low around $0.154. Early sellers locked in profits after price reached the upper end of a recent trading range. Even so, buyers managed to protect much of the advance. Technical indicators continue supporting the recovery. ADA moved above the Bollinger Bands 20-day moving average near $0.169. Price also briefly traded above the upper Bollinger Band.

Such moves often reflect strong buying pressure. However, they can also signal an overextended rally over the short term. Expanding Bollinger Bands confirm that volatility has returned after weeks of quiet trading. Stronger volatility often creates larger price swings in both directions. Large investors played a major role during the recent rally. According to analyst Ali Martinez, whales accumulated more than 240 million ADA within five days.

Holdings reportedly increased from roughly 14.1 billion ADA to more than 14.3 billion ADA. Fundamental developments also strengthened confidence. Cardano completed a protocol upgrade during July. Attention now shifts toward the next development phase, including Ouroboros Leios. Investors also watch the approaching six-month milestone for CME futures trading.

Bullish Pattern Points Toward $0.208

The four-hour chart shows a completed inverse head and shoulders pattern. Traders often view such formations as reliable bullish reversal signals. ADA broke above the neckline near $0.181 before reaching $0.190. Based on the pattern’s measured move, analysts now project a possible target near $0.208.Money flow indicators continue favor buyers.

The Chaikin Money Flow reading remains positive, showing stronger buying than selling pressure. Even after the recent pullback, demand continues supporting higher prices. Some caution still remains. The Aroon indicator shows weakening short-term momentum after the breakout. Such readings suggest buyers may pause before attempting another move higher.

Another analyst also identified a similar bullish pattern on the daily chart following a positive RSI divergence. Immediate resistance now stands between $0.190 and $0.195. Cardano continues showing encouraging technical and fundamental strength. Whale accumulation has supported renewed buying interest across the market. A confirmed breakout above resistance could open the path toward $0.208.
