* The maximum profit share ratio for spot elite traders will be increased to 10% after the update (no BGB lock-up). Bitget will determine the maximum profit share ratio based on elite trader tiers after the spot elite trader tier system is launched.

Q6. Why haven't I received my profit share?

A6: Your profit share is distributed at 12:00 AM (GMT+8) each day. If you have an open order, the profit will be distributed the next day. You must close the position if you want to get the profit share on the same day.

Q7: Why haven't I received the estimated profit share displayed on the page on the same day?

A7: The profit share is only distributed when elite trade orders are profitable. There is no profit share for loss-making orders.

Q8: Why did my follower count drop so quickly?

A8: If you do not make elite trades for three weeks in a row, followers can choose to automatically unfollow you.

Q9: Why has my ranking dropped significantly in the futures/spot elite trader leaderboard?

A9: There are four possible reasons.

First, if you did not execute any elite trades for three weeks in a row, your ranking will be lowered by the system. Your ranking will return to normal within an hour after a new elite trade is made. Users can still find you using the search function during the demotion period.

Second, if over 30% of your elite trades have experienced 7 days of consecutive losses, your overall ranking will drop automatically. To return to normal ranking, you will need to close up to 30% of your elite trades with seven consecutive days of losses. Users can still find you using the search function during the demotion period.

Third, if your total number of elite trades is small, your ranking will be lowered. Stay active, and your ranking will return to normal once you meet the requirements. Users can still find you using the search function during the demotion period.

Fourth, you may have violated the rules. Users can still find you using the search function during the demotion period.

Q10: Why were my assets frozen, and why can't I find my frozen assets on the platform?

A10: Assets bought through the spot copy trading will be frozen and cannot be withdrawn during the freeze period. If you need to withdraw or sell these assets, you can use the Sell or Close button in the current elite trade or copy trade.

Q11: Can I restore my account status after being suspended for breaching the Redline Offenses standard?

A11: Users who have their elite trader status suspended after making a Redline Offense can apply to restore their account status after one month. Your account will be permanently suspended if you are found to be in violation again.

Q12: Is it possible to make elite trades in one-way mode?

A12: This is not possible. Only hedging mode is supported for elite trades. If you enable one-way mode, your elite trades will still be active, but followers won't copy them.

Q13: If an elite trader withdraws from the program, how long do they have to wait to restore their status?

A13: One month later, so long as you are not copying any trades.

Q14: Will historical order information be retained once an elite trader restores their status after withdrawing from the program?

A14: The platform will retain historical order information for elite traders.

Q15: What is the maximum leverage supported for elite trades?

A15: The maximum supported leverage is 50X. Check Bitget's One-Click Copy Trade: The Minimum Order Size and the Maximum Position Limit For Traders to Initiate a Copy Trade for the maximum leverage supported for each trading pair.

Q16: If an elite trader is reported and they withdraw or are removed from the program, resulting in their open positions being closed, can they get a profit share?

A16: Yes, they can. The profit share is only related to the profitability of the order.
