1. What is smart copy?
Smart copy is a new copy trading mode that automates copy trading cost calculation based on a certain proportion of elite traders' funds.
For instance, if an elite trader has 1,000 USDT in their elite trading account and invests 100 USDT as margin in one trade, the percentage is 10%. If a follower invests 100 USDT for this elite trader, the system will invest 10 USDT as margin when the follower makes a copy trade. Learn more.
2. Can I switch back to the previous copy trading version after the upgrade?
Diverse follow is Bitget's classic copy trading mode, which allows investors to copy bots from different elite traders with one investment pool to diversify investment. In this mode, there is no need to have a separate investment pool for each elite trader you follow. Instead, you can follow different elite traders with just one fund pool. Learn more.
3. Why did some of my copy trades fail?

4. What can I do when an elite trader I want to follow has reached their follower cap?
Usually, followers simply need to hold BGB to follow elite traders who have reached their follow cap. By holding BGB, elite traders will automatically receive a 10% exclusive follower cap bonus. Alternatively, you can set up a slot reminder to be the first to follow and copy trades when a spot becomes available.

5. Why can followers only copy a single position when elite traders open multiple positions?
If an elite trader opens more than one position within two seconds, the followers will only copy the first order. Refer to Bitget Copy Trading: Intervals Required in Position Opening for more details.
6. If an elite trader adjusts their isolated margin, will it also affect the margin of their followers' corresponding positions?
No, adjustments made by the elite trader will not affect the margin of their followers' positions.
7. Can followers download the transaction records of elite traders?
The platform currently does not support the downloading of elite trader transaction records by followers.

1. Why was my elite trader account removed from the elite trader list?
Elite traders must meet all the requirements to be displayed on the elite trader list. Learn more.
2. How can I increase my follower cap?
There are two ways to increase your follower cap. (1) Increase the assets in your futures or spot account. (2) Upgrade to a higher elite trader tier (for futures elite traders). Learn more.
3. Why have I not been upgraded to the next futures elite trader tier even after meeting the criteria?
Elite trader achievements are assessed every Monday at 6:00 AM (UTC+8) based on data collection ending at 11:59 PM (UTC+8) every Sunday. Bitget will review and determine the tiers of elite traders with no tiers attributed every hour. Learn more.
4. How can I increase my profit share ratio?
According to the latest rules, a futures elite trader's profit share ratio is determined by their tier. For example, elite traders of the highest tier (Legend) can enjoy a profit share ratio as high as 20%. BGB lock-up is no longer required. The maximum profit share ratio for spot elite traders has been increased to 10% (no BGB lock-up). Learn more.
5. How can I adjust my current profit share ratio?
Elite traders can go to their personal elite trader page to modify their profit share ratio.
6. What copy trading activities are considered violations?
