Top Analyst Warns XRP Holders: Watch What You Wish for
Some XRP traders are calling for lower prices. Analyst EGRAG CRYPTO (@egragcrypto) is urging caution.
He published a detailed daily chart analysis warning that a deeper drop could cost bulls far more time than they expect. The setup he sees on the chart tells a different story from what the crowd is currently demanding.
The daily chart covers price action from May 2026 through a projected path into early 2027. It identifies a double bottom pattern, EMA crossovers, key support zones, and projected price targets. EGRAG CRYPTO carries a bullish lean in his reading, but he outlines the conditions that could shift that outlook significantly.
To all the NEWBIES screaming LOWER, LOWER & LOWER… BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR! 👀
The Double Bottom and EMA Cross
Two separate wicks in the chart, labeled double and bottom, form the base of the current setup. Both wicks tested the $1.18 to $1.20 zone before buyers pushed the price back above $1.24. The first came just before XRP’s breakout to $1.65 in September. The second is forming now.
EGRAG CRYPTO notes the 100 EMA and 200 EMA have produced a bullish cross on the daily timeframe. He acknowledges that “daily EMA crosses can produce false signals. Confirmation matters.”
The chart also marks a prior explosive move that started on August 19, and helped XRP reclaim a key structural level. The asset is now retesting that same level from above. The analyst sees that retest as the defining moment for near-term direction.
The Range and the Targets
EGRAG CRYPTO favors trading the current range while support holds. His near-term target sits at $1.45 to $1.47, a level he calls the next major battle. The chart marks $1.27 and $1.18 as support levels to watch on the downside. A Fibonacci level at $1.2457 also appears on the chart as a structural reference.
He addresses traders calling for a deeper pullback, telling them to “be careful what you wish for.” A sustained daily close below $1.24 could lead to “months of additional consolidation before recovery.” That scenario would delay any move toward the upper targets shown on the chart, including a projected area near $4 in early 2027.
Spot Accumulation vs. Active Trading
EGRAG CRYPTO separates his advice for active traders from his guidance for spot buyers. Traders working the range have $1.45 to $1.47 as the upside target.
Spot buyers, he suggests, can accumulate in the current zone. The setup stays contingent on XRP holding above $1.24 on a sustained daily basis. That level holds, the structure favors a move higher.
