Dow Jones2026/10/20 07:290728 GMT - Germany's austerity measures might loom over big pharmaceutical companies when they report third-quarter results over the coming weeks, RBC Capital Markets analysts say in a research note. Johnson & Johnson's results last week showed German price declines weighed on sales of the U.S. drugmaker's Darzalex cancer drug, and other companies have flagged potential hits, the analysts say. Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AstraZeneca and Roche have a higher exposure to Germany and oncology sales, according to RBC. The Stoxx Europe 600 Health Care index rises 0.9%.
