03:50 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) on Friday unveiled its new Roadster capable of flight. According to the company, the car comes in three versions: a two-seat road model, a two-seat race model, and a one-seat air or rocket model. The flight capability comes only on the rocket trim, the company said, adding that such version is not sold in all regions and that the upgrade is optional. The company also said the rocket version is not approved for public road use.
