AppLovin Estimates Reset as Advertiser Checks Point to Stable Share, Wedbush Says

MT newswireMT newswire2026/10/14 15:30
11:30 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AppLovin (APP) estimates were reset to a more achievable baseline, excluding potential upside from model improvements and creative tools, while advertiser checks indicated stable Q3 market share and creative production constraints on e-commerce spending, Wedbush Securities said in a Wednesday note. The company is scheduled to report Q3 results on Nov. 4 after the market close. Wedbush expects Q3 revenue of $2.09 billion, at the high end of guidance and above the $2.07 billion consensus, while EPS of $3.99 is below the $4.03 consensus. It expects Q4 revenue to rise 8% sequentially to $2.25 billion and projects fiscal 2027 revenue of $10.14 billion, slightly below the $10.24 billion consensus. The analyst expects e-commerce ad spending on AppLovin's platform to rise 10% to 25% in October and November, while gaming spending may remain flat until January. AI-powered creative tools and expanded mobile game monetization could provide upside to estimates. Wedbush maintained its outperform rating on the stock and lowered its price target to $560 from $610. AppLovin shares were down 2.7% in Wednesday trading.
