On-chain detective Specter stated that Serpin conducted an ICO despite previously claiming it would not issue tokens, and after the token TGE, it was only listed on a certain exchange with low liquidity. Specter pointed out that participants need to go through a lengthy verification process and can only retrieve 85% of their funds, questioning why the project team does not fully refund participants.
