EHang Expands Pilotless Aircraft Program to Vietnam

04:41 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EHang Holdings (EH) has expanded its global fast track program to Vietnam, aiming to accelerate the introduction of its pilotless electric human-carrying aircraft in the country, the company said Tuesday. The company's partner, HungViet Technology and Investment Trading, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology to conduct a low-altitude economy sandbox testing of EHang's electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft in that market. Vietnam is the second country to join the program after Sri Lanka, the company said. EHang shares were up 1.4% in premarket activity.
