- Its 2026 SPV bought 17 aircraft on lease to WestJet via a sale-leaseback.
- FTAI also acquired 10 off-lease aircraft to feed its Aerospace Products business with CFM56-7B engines and modules.
- The 2026 SPV targets mid-life 737NG and A320ceo aircraft.
- The earlier 2025 SPV raised USD 2 billion in equity commitments, committing about USD 6 billion across more than 300 aircraft.
