BlackBerry Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; Fiscal 2027 Guidance Lifted

07:35 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.07 per share, up from $0.04 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.04. Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Aug. 31 was $163.3 million, up from $129.6 million a year earlier. Four analysts expected $141.8 million. For fiscal Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.04 to $0.05 and revenue of $143 million to $154 million. Four analysts expect $0.05 and $147.6 million, respectively. For fiscal 2027, the company raised its guidance and now expects adjusted EPS to be between $0.19 and $0.22, compared with prior outlook of $0.16 to $0.20. Analysts expect $0.19. Full-year revenue is now expected in the range of $616 million to $636 million, up from $594 million to $621 million previous range. Analysts expect $610.1 million. Shares of the company were up almost 1% in premarket activity Thursday.
