Quarterhill Receives UK Registration for Multilane Intersection Radar Technology

The TOPAS 2505B registration builds on Quarterhill's presence in the U.K. market and extends the company's technologies into intersection detection. The technology provides transport authorities with an above-ground alternative to traditional inductive loop detection for complex, multilane intersections and helps reduce roadwork, installation costs and traffic disruption associated with in-road sensors.
