- Issued and outstanding Class A ordinary shares totaled 1,881,935 following the cancellation.
- The shares were sold in a private placement on Aug. 11, 2025 for USD 6 million, paid in 30 million DOGE.
- Investors exercised a 12-month redemption right on Aug. 20, 2026, redeeming all unsold shares for 30 million DOGE.

Among these, lease commitments exceed $1 trillion, purchase commitments total $1.57 trillion, and guarantees amount to $137 billion. This figure represents explosive growth compared to $350 billion in 2023. Moody’s analysts noted that the pace of growth for these commitments is even more noteworthy.
