Pentair Names Bob Hau as CFO

07:22 AM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pentair (PNR) has named Bob Hau as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 1, the company said Tuesday. He succeeds Bob Fishman, currently serving as interim executive vice president and chief financial officer, who will remain with Pentair through Nov. 1 to assist in the transition, the company said. Hau has more than 16 years of experience as a chief financial officer for public companies, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Fiserv from 2016 to 2025, the company said.
