Nscale Reports Filing for US IPO

04:34 PM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nscale Limited said Friday it has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its shares. The AI cloud platform firm said it has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the "NSCL" ticker. It also said Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley will be its lead bookrunners.
