PMGC secures five-year royalty payment plan from Elevai Skincare sale through August 2031
Bitget2026/09/18 12:00- PMGC Holdings entered an interest-bearing payment agreement with Longevity Health Holdings to secure royalty payments tied to its January 2025 sale of the Elevai Skincare business.
- The deal converts a 5% net sales royalty into scheduled monthly payments of $10,000 starting Oct. 15, 2026, with all amounts due by Aug. 28, 2031.
- Longevity acknowledged a 2025 royalty payable of USD 94,937, with interest at the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus 1% from the original April 2026 due date.
- Future royalty and earnout amounts will roll into the same payment plan, with mandatory prepayments triggered by certain capital events.
