CareRx Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

10:51 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CareRx (CRRX.TO) received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to make a normal course issuer bid to buy back outstanding common shares in its capital, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The company may buy back for cancellation up to 1.8-million common shares, about 2.75% of the 63.4-million common shares issued and outstanding as of Sept. 3, 2026, it said. The NCIB is expected to begin on Sept. 17, and to end on Sept. 16, 2027, or on an earlier date on some conditions. Shares of the company were last seen down 0.9% at CA$3.23 on the TSX.
