The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations reported that a fully loaded oil tanker was hit by a missile in the Strait of Hormuz, resulting in a severe fire. Previously, the organization had reported that a Panama-flagged oil tanker was attacked while passing through the Strait of Hormuz and had lost power.
