Cruise operator Viking Holdings launches share repurchase program of up to $1 billion

Gelonghui, September 11 — Cruise operator Viking Holdings has announced the launch of a share repurchase plan, intending to buy back up to $1 billion in shares. According to the plan, the company may repurchase shares from time to time via open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, accelerated share repurchase transactions, or other methods. CEO Leah Talactac stated that this authorization enables the company to flexibly return capital to shareholders while continuing to invest in the fleet, enhance the guest experience, and seize future growth opportunities.
