Canada Goose CEO Buys 100,000 Subordinate Voting Shares

03:08 PM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Goose (GOOS) said Thursday that Chief Executive and Chair Dani Reiss acquired 100,000 subordinate voting shares at an average price of $10.62 apiece via his investment holding company DTR LLC. Reiss now owns, including through DTR, 219,413 subordinate voting shares and 20.1 million multiple voting shares, the company said. Reiss also holds over 2.5 million options to acquire subordinate voting shares upon exercise, 188,295 restricted share units, and 532,041 performance share units, the company said.
