Snap Launches Snapchat Plans Feature

10:02 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Snap (SNAP) said Thursday it is introducing Snapchat Plans, a new suite of features that allows users to create and manage real-world plans. The company said that Snapchat Plans are private and invite-only, but users can send and receive invitations from mutual friends and track details like time, date, and attendees. Users will soon be able to create events directly within a chat, the company said.
