- Brubaker joined in 2019 from SAP, where he spent over 25 years, most recently as general counsel for global field legal.
- Yazdi Bagli joined the board, currently EVP of IT and enterprise business services at Kaiser Permanente, previously leading roles at Walmart, P&G.
