Lazarus Group recently transferred over 30 million dollars through Hyperliquid.
Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by analyst Emmett Gallic, that addresses associated with the North Korean hacker group Lazarus Group recently transferred over $30 million through Hyperliquid, and there was still activity as of yesterday. The funds first entered Hyperliquid as BTC, were then exchanged for ETH and SOL, and subsequently bridged to Tron, Solana, and Ethereum. Ultimately, the funds were transferred to certain exchanges and multiple unmarked Tron services. Around $30 million can be traced back to addresses previously identified as belonging to the group; additionally, about $5 million in Hyperliquid-related trading volume originated from another group of addresses. The fund dormancy periods, address types, and counterparty behavior are similar to the already identified Lazarus wallets, but a direct connection to Lazarus has not yet been confirmed.
