US Stock Market Movement | Tesla (TSLA.US) rises over 4% as it launches a lower-priced Model 3 variant in Hong Kong and Macau
On Monday, Tesla (TSLA.US) rose by more than 4%, closing at $364.85.
According to Jinzhong Finance APP, on Monday, Tesla (TSLA.US) surged over 4%, closing at $364.85. In terms of news, Tesla has officially launched a simplified configuration and lower-priced version of the Model 3 in Hong Kong and Macau. Tesla’s official website shows that the starting price for this model in Hong Kong is 205,000 Hong Kong dollars (approximately 175,900 RMB), and in Macau the starting price is 252,000 Macau Patacas (approximately 209,800 RMB).
On September 3, Tesla plans to unveil its steering wheel–less and pedal–less autonomous vehicle model, Cybercab, in Austin. This model has already completed road tests and staff trial rides, with plans to first be made available to employees and later to the public.
