July 14, according to Lookonchain monitoring, the newly created wallet 0xf31d withdrew 8,239 ETH worth about $14.5 million from multiple exchanges in the past 12 hours. At the same time, whale address 0x363A accumulated 11,843 ETH worth about $20.8 million over the past 3 hours.
