Kelp DAO stops rsETH cross-chain bridging service and opens asset recovery window

Kelp DAO has stopped rsETH cross-chain bridge services on 20 networks, and user asset guarantees remain secure. Users with incomplete cross-chain transactions need to burn rsETH on the source chain and pay a 100 USDC fee on the Ethereum mainnet. They should submit the transaction record via email, and the project team will settle accounts quarterly and return rsETH to the Ethereum mainnet. Movement ecosystem users have an independent process. The asset recovery window will be open until June 15, 2027.
