Blockchain Digital Infrastructure raises an additional $8.25 million through public offering of common stock
US-listed digital infrastructure developer and operator Blockchain Digital Infrastructure announced that it has raised an additional 8.25 million USD through a public offering of common stock. Investors purchased an extra 4,999,999 shares of common stock at a public offering price of 1.65 USD per share. The new funds are intended to support its artificial intelligence hosting and high-performance computing workload businesses.
