The new stock market guru Serenity posted on X platform, stating that if the U.S. CLARITY Act advances in its current direction, it could benefit the traditional banking system but restrict some innovations in the crypto sector and products that compete with banks, and would impact market liquidity. He believes that the current valuations of crypto concept stocks such as certain exchanges, Robinhood, and Circle may be attractive to swing traders.
