Quantum computing concept stocks continue to rise in US pre-market trading, IBM up over 4%
According to Odaily, based on MSX.COM data, US quantum computing concept stocks continued to rise in pre-market trading. ServiceNow rose over 8%, IBM rose over 4%, Oracle rose over 3%, and Infleqtion rose over 1%.
Several Federal Reserve officials made statements. Daly from the Federal Reserve indicated that policy is currently in a good position and expressed “cautious optimism” about the economy. Schmid from the Federal Reserve said it may be necessary to consider how to make monetary policy even tighter, potentially using the balance sheet to impose policy restrictions, and emphasized the need for flexibility in interest rate adjustments. Kashkari from the Federal Reserve stated that it is too early to assert the need for an immediate rate hike following the release of the April PCE inflation data.
