Wells Fargo expects Q2 investment banking and trading revenue to grow by approximately 15%

Golden Ten Data, May 28 — Charlie Scharf, CEO of Wells Fargo, expects revenue from investment banking and trading businesses to grow by around 15% in the second quarter, with wealth management revenue also steadily moving towards a low double-digit growth target. He also pointed out that client activity in the areas of investment banking and markets remains robust, and that the bank continues to see opportunities to deepen customer relationships by increasing the size of its balance sheet.
