ITCEN Global raises 40 billion KRW to expand its Web3

According to Chosun, Korean-listed IT service provider ITCEN Global has announced that it raised 40 billion KRW (approximately 30 million USD) through the issuance of convertible bonds. This round of funding was subscribed by ITC Holdings, which is wholly owned by the KCGI Innovation Growth ESG Fund. The funds will be used to expand into new businesses such as Web3 and Security Token Offerings (STO).
