Morgan Stanley CFO Sharon Yeshaya stated that banks are paying attention to a "tokenized world," enhancing the liquidity of client assets and liabilities on wealth management platforms through blockchain technology. She emphasized that blockchain infrastructure will be integrated into core services such as client advisory, lending, and cash management, rather than serving as standalone cryptocurrency projects. Recently, Morgan Stanley has advanced this strategy with a digital asset pilot in cooperation with Zero Hash and is expanding its business in areas such as Bitcoin spot ETFs, although digital assets currently still represent a small portion of its overall business.
