The company’s fourth-quarter results still exceeded Wall Street expectations. In a statement, the company said: "Given the evolving social and economic context and limited short-term visibility, we anticipate the operating environment will remain dynamic." Constellation Brands expects its new Chief Executive Officer (CFO Nicholas Fink) to officially take office next week.
