Glonghui, March 30 — According to a proxy filing disclosed by BlackRock, CEO Larry Fink’s total compensation for 2025 will be $37.7 million, marking a 22.4% increase compared to 2024. The compensation package includes a base salary of $1.5 million, a cash bonus of $10.6 million, and stock awards. The world’s largest asset management company reported assets under management reaching $14 trillion, setting a historic high and highlighting strong capital inflows and market performance. In a letter to investors, Fink stated: “We are entering 2026 with strong momentum and are well prepared for significant opportunities ahead.”
