Unitas will launch the token UP, with 45% of the tokens allocated to the ecosystem and community.
Foresight News reports that the yield-generating protocol Unitas Protocol has announced the launch of its native governance token UP and revealed its tokenomics. In the total allocation of UP tokens, the ecosystem and community account for 45%, liquidity and exchange projects for 18%, investors for 22%, and the team and advisors for 15%. Within the ecosystem and community allocation, a portion of the tokens will be distributed to community members via airdrop. The specific timing and batches of the airdrop will be announced separately after the token generation event (TGE) concludes.
UP holders can earn protocol revenue distribution through staking and participate in governance voting. Revenue sources include JLP fee earnings, funding rate accrual, and future RWA yield strategies such as tokenized stocks and gold.
