Omnicom (OMC) Lags Q4 Earnings and Revenue Estimates

Omnicom (OMC) came out with quarterly earnings of $2.59 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $2.94 per share. This compares to earnings of $2.41 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of -11.91%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this advertising company would post earnings of $2.15 per share when it actually produced earnings of $2.24, delivering a surprise of +4.19%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates three times.

Omnicom, which belongs to the Zacks Advertising and Marketing industry, posted revenues of $5.53 billion for the quarter ended December 2025, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 25.31%.
