According to Odaily, Da Hongfei posted on X stating that Zhang Zhengwen did not disclose discussions between both parties regarding an investment in a certain exchange. Neo invested in this exchange in 2017 and has not received any dividends or BNB allocations to date. However, this investment remains a significant financial asset for NF and NGD, and is considered a community asset that cannot be managed in an autocratic manner. One of the goals is to resolve and realize the value of this investment within the next two years, using the funds for the Neo ecosystem. Da Hongfei pointed out that Zhang Zhengwen's current agenda, including smearing his character, threatening his personal safety, and attempting a hostile takeover, is pushing Neo towards dangerous extremes and endangering Neo's assets themselves. Da Hongfei called on Zhang Zhengwen to stop fighting for personal control and autocratic agendas, and to contribute as a core developer by adding features to the Neo mainnet.
