The team introduced the "Bera Builds Businesses" strategy, focusing on 3–5 high-certainty applications. Through internal incubation, mergers and acquisitions, or partnerships, combined with PoL incentives and resources, they aim to create demand for BERA and HONEY. Recent developments include the launch of BEND, HONEY collateral revenue contributions, ecosystem projects being listed on exchanges, and user fund recovery. The team disclosed challenges such as price and sentiment pressure, project attrition, and member departures. In 2026, priority will be given to partners with real revenue, promoting network effects and value feedback.
