I. What is the FCN Discount Buy & Earn Plan?

FCN (Fixed Coupon Note) is a structured Earn product linked to a single U.S. stock rToken.

Tiered reward rules

• Cumulative subscription amount is calculated based on the amount of successfully executed orders during the promotion period;

• Failed subscriptions, cancelled orders, and orders that were not successfully executed are not counted toward the cumulative amount;

• If a user reaches multiple tiers, only the reward for the highest tier will be given, and rewards cannot be stacked;

• Cumulative subscription rewards will be calculated together after the promotion ends;

• Eligible users will receive their rewards within 10 working days after the promotion ends;

• The maximum cumulative reward per user is 10,000 USDT.

 

IV. Reward format and how to use it

All promotion rewards will be issued directly to users' accounts in the form of USDT Crypto Vouchers.

V. Terms of participation

1. Users must complete identity verification and meet the product participation requirements for their region;

3. The first subscription reward is based on the user's first-ever successful FCN product subscription;

4. If a user engages in volume manipulation, batch registration, repeated participation using multiple accounts, improper matched orders, abnormal trading, or other violations, the platform reserves the right to cancel their eligibility and rewards;

5. In the event of market volatility, system anomalies, product quota adjustments, force majeure, or other circumstances, the platform reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the promotion within a reasonable scope;
