Bitget Capital Support Program: Exclusive Onboarding Plan for Asset Management Clients

I. Background and Objectives

Bitget is officially launching the Capital Support Program, partnering with asset management teams that have stable trading capabilities and a compliant operating foundation, with a commitment to building an open, win-win ecosystem.

The program's initial phase commits a dedicated fund of USD 100 million, aiming to address the capital bottlenecks and brand-exposure pain points that high-quality asset management teams face during periods of scale expansion, through a dual-engine model of "capital support + brand empowerment".

II. Core Benefits and Value Proposition

1. Capital Support and Scale Expansion

Dedicated fund support: Bitget provides a dedicated fund of up to USD 100 million as capital support for partner clients.

Flexible funding mechanism: Initial capital support per client ranges from USD 500,000 – 10 million. For teams that perform well and demonstrate strong cooperation, the scale of subsequent funding increases will be determined based on an assessment of partnership performance, with no fixed cap.

5:1 matching capital-injection mechanism: When a partner client brings in additional capital (including own funds or third-party LP funds), Bitget will provide matching funding support at a 5:1 ratio (i.e., for every USD 1 million the client deposits, Bitget adds USD 200,000 in matching funds).

2. Profit-Sharing Model

70:30 Profit-Sharing Ratio: This program offers partner clients a profit-sharing model of 70% (Bitget) : 30% (asset management client).

Zero capital cost: Partner clients do not need to bear any cost for using Bitget's matching funds, and can focus solely on strategy execution and generating returns.

3. Brand Partnership and Content Support

Official endorsement and interviews: Bitget will provide partner clients with CEO/executive interviews, joint press release publication, and social media matrix promotion, to raise the client's brand visibility among funds, family offices, and high-net-worth circles.

Industry influence building: Leveraging Bitget's global channel resources to help partner clients establish an industry image of capital-endorsed.

III. Eligible Applicants and Admission Criteria

1. Eligible Applicants

Core target: Asset management teams with mature trading strategies.

Strategy preference: Primarily market-neutral arbitrage strategies, including but not limited to basis arbitrage, funding rate arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, and others.

2. Admission Requirements

Applicant clients must meet the following basic requirements:

Compliant onboarding: Complete Bitget institutional account opening and pass the security team's review.

Live trading verification: Have at least 1 month of live trading history on the Bitget platform, with good performance that meets the Asset Management Department's risk control standards.

Brand collaboration: Willingness to cooperate with Bitget's marketing activities, including accepting interviews, content reposting, and joint promotion.

IV. Capital Deployment and Growth Path

To ensure capital security and partnership quality, this program adopts a phased, dynamically adjusted capital deployment mechanism:

Phase 1: Trial Run	USD 500,000	Injected immediately upon signing, as strategy trial-run capital.
Phase 2: Growth Stage	USD 1 million – 3 million	Completed 1 full month of trial run, with performance meeting the Asset Management Department's risk control standards. Brand obligation: Complete an on-camera CEO/executive interview and repost it on social media. Promotion obligation: Complete at least 1 joint official press release and distribute it through at least 3 mainstream media channels.
Phase 3: Expansion Stage	USD 1 million – 3 million (5:1 matching)	Brand obligation: Accept an official Bitget video interview or jointly publish a case study, and promote it simultaneously across the client's own media matrix (social media, official website, community channels, etc.). Promotion obligation: Complete joint official announcements and multi-channel distribution. Capital-injection incentive: When the client brings in additional capital (own or third-party), Bitget provides matching funding support at a 5:1 ratio. Example: If the client brings in USD 1 million, Bitget adds USD 200,000 in matching funds.
Phase 4: Ecosystem Stage	USD 1 million – no cap	Brand obligation: Accept an official Bitget video interview or jointly publish a case study, and promote it simultaneously across the client's own media matrix (social media, official website, community channels, etc.). Promotion obligation: Regularly collaborate on Bitget brand partnerships. Referral reward: Successfully refer other trading teams or asset management clients onboard. Once a referred team reaches Phase 3, Bitget will continue to provide 5:1 matching support for its introduced capital. For outstanding performers, subsequent capital support has no cap.

Note:

Partnership term: The standard partnership term is 6–12 months. Upon expiration, renewal, upgrade, or termination of the partnership will be decided based on performance evaluation results.
Capital usage restriction: Matching funds allocated by Bitget may only be used for trading on the Bitget platform and are not withdrawable.
