Announcement on the Comprehensive Upgrade of Bitget Stock Token (rToken) Fee Structure and the Launch of VIP/PRO Tiered Rates

To further enhance your Stock Spot (rToken) trading experience and reduce trading costs, Bitget will implement a comprehensive upgrade to the rToken fee structure on August 6, 2026, at 19:00 (UTC+8), officially launching the VIP/PRO Tiered Fee Structure and BGB Fee Deduction discounts.
Following this upgrade, not only will the ongoing 50% off baseline rate (i.e., a base fee of 0.05%) be retained, but higher-tier VIP and PRO users will also enjoy even lower exclusive discounts.

III. Trading Hours & Billing Logic (Important Notice)
Because the Stock Spot (rToken) underlying assets are directly connected to the real U.S. stock market, trading fees will be subject to different routing and billing rules depending on the U.S. stock trading hours. Details are as follows:
1. Regular Trading Hours (Non-weekends/holidays)
On regular trading days when the U.S. stock market is open, the system will use StockRoute (direct connection to the U.S. stock market) for order routing.

Billing Rule: During this period, all orders will be charged based on the "Taker" fee rate (no distinction between Maker/Taker).
2. Weekends & Holidays
During traditional U.S. stock market closures, the system will activate the platform's internal matching engine to provide users with uninterrupted trading liquidity over the weekend.

Applicable Time (UTC+8):

Weekends: Saturday 08:00 to Monday 08:00 (Daylight Saving Time); Saturday 09:00 to Monday 09:00 (Standard Time).

U.S. Market Holidays: From 08:00 (DST) / 09:00 (Standard Time) on the day following the last trading day before the holiday, to 08:00 (DST) / 09:00 (Standard Time) on the day following the holiday.

Billing Rule: During this period, the system will distinguish between "Maker" and "Taker" orders, and fees will be charged according to the respective rates in the tables above.
3. Note on the 50% Off VIP Promo: The platform-wide 50% off VIP fee promotion for Stock Spot, ending on August 31, 2026 (UTC+8), has already been factored into the new fee tables above. Promotional details after September 1 will be announced separately.
4. Special Note on Market Maker Rates: The Maker rebates for Market Makers under the Bitget Liquidity Incentive Program are only effective when the platform's internal matching mechanism is activated. Details are as follows:

Regular Trading Days (Non-weekends/holidays): On normal U.S. market open days, maker rebates under the Bitget Liquidity Incentive Program do not apply, irrespective of whether the time is during or outside regular trading hours (24*5). The system will execute the corresponding maker fee rate based on the Market Maker's current VIP or PRO tier.

Weekends & Holidays: When the system activates the internal matching engine, Market Makers will enjoy the maker rebate corresponding to their spot MM tier.
