🚨 BITGET CRYPTO MARKET PULSE — SEPTEMBER 18, 2026 Focus: Top Losers • Trending Communities • Market Indexes • Liquidity • Pro-Trader Read Bitget’s current market structure is not a clean broad-based risk-on market. BTC has recovered toward $77.7K, but the strongest signals are still coming from selective altcoins, while several smaller tokens are experiencing sharp downside and liquidity stress. Bitget’s own live BTC data shows BTC around $77,675, up 1.66% over 24h, with a $75,946–$77,732 intraday range. 🔻 TOP LOSERS — WHERE SELLING PRESSURE IS SHOWING The broader crypto loser screen currently shows: Coin 24H Move Read IDEX -26.26% Extreme weakness SEAM -24.89% Heavy selling OMNI -24.44% Liquidity risk TIME -11.32% Momentum breakdown TRU -10.71% Persistent weakness FIS -10.58% Seller dominance GROVE -10.29% High-risk momentum AST -9.83% Weak relative strength L3 -7.72% Continued pressure These are current 24-hour downside leaders from a live market-wide screen; the exact Bitget ranking can differ because exchange listings and liquidity vary. ⚠️ The important part isn't simply “red coins” IDEX, SEAM and OMNI losing roughly 24–26% in a day is a liquidity warning. When small/mid-cap tokens fall this aggressively while BTC is recovering, I would not automatically interpret the move as a buy-the-dip opportunity. The professional question is: > Is selling exhausting, or are holders simply looking for liquidity to exit? I would want to see: volume expansion + price stabilization reclaim of the breakdown level spot buying rather than only perp activity falling open interest after liquidation tighter spreads/order-book depth BTC remaining above its support structure Without those confirmations, a falling knife can remain a falling knife. --- 🧨 BITGET-SPECIFIC WARNING: CAMP, RHEA, ORBS & TURBO There is another important Bitget-specific development today. Bitget scheduled CAMP/USDT, RHEA/USDT, ORBS/USDT and TURBO/USDT for spot delisting on September 18 at 10:00 UTC. Bitget said the decision followed its periodic review covering liquidity, trading volume, project development, network stability and community activity. That means these four should not be treated like ordinary “top losers.” Delisting creates a completely different liquidity profile. Coins to watch carefully: $CAMP $RHEA $ORBS $TURBO The key risk is not merely price direction — it is execution and liquidity availability. --- 🔥 TRENDING NARRATIVES / COMMUNITIES The strongest community attention is currently rotating around several different themes rather than one universal altcoin narrative. 🟠 Bitcoin community BTC remains the market's liquidity anchor. Bitget currently shows BTC around $77.7K, with the market still attempting to recover from the recent decline toward $75K. The key debate is: $75K–$76K = support zone $77K–$78K = immediate recovery zone $80K = major psychological resistance BTC's September 15–17 price history shows how volatile this area has become, with lows around $74,945–$75,946 and repeated attempts to recover. --- 🟣 Ethereum community ETH remains one of the most watched large-cap recovery trades. Bitget-published technical analysis for September 18 identifies roughly $2,500–$2,520 as an important resistance area and warns against chasing a rebound into resistance. So the ETH structure I would monitor is: $2.35K–$2.39K → support area $2.46K → intermediate recovery $2.50K–$2.52K → major test $2.30K → structural downside warning --- 🟢 Solana community SOL remains one of the major high-beta assets traders watch when capital starts rotating away from BTC. But there is an important liquidity warning: Solana ETF weekly inflows reportedly dropped from $153.87M to $6.18M in the week ending September 4, a 96% decline, although the funds still recorded a net inflow. That means: SOL strength needs confirmation from actual capital flows. A green candle alone isn't enough. --- 🟡 Zcash / privacy narrative ZEC remains an important high-momentum narrative. Bitget's current BTC page is also highlighting news around Zcash's planned NU7 mainnet upgrade, showing continued market attention around the privacy ecosystem. The important distinction: Narrative strength ≠ guaranteed continuation. After a major run, ZEC needs volume confirmation rather than late FOMO. --- 🔵 DeFi / utility rotation Bitget's recent weekly market review highlighted VVV, LSK, ARB and ENA among notable weekly movers and described continued capital interest in utility-oriented areas such as DeFi and privacy tokens. That makes these names worth keeping on the radar: $VVV $LSK $ARB $ENA But again, relative strength is more useful than simply looking at percentage gains. --- 📊 BITGET / MARKET INDEX READ One of the most useful indicators right now is the Altcoin Season Index. Bitget currently shows: Altcoin Season Index: 41 That means only around 41 of the top 100 cryptocurrencies have outperformed BTC over the measured period. Bitget classifies this as not an altcoin season. That is extremely important for interpreting today's green altcoins. Market structure: BTC → still the liquidity leader ETH → confirmation/rotation asset SOL → higher-beta participation Large caps → selective strength Small caps → highly fragmented Micro caps → liquidity-driven So I would not call the current environment a confirmed altseason. --- 🌐 INDEX + MACRO CONNECTION The traditional market backdrop is also improving somewhat. On September 17: S&P 500 +1.14% Nasdaq +1.69% Dow +0.62% Tech led the rebound as oil prices and Treasury yields eased. That matters because crypto is still sensitive to: Nasdaq → risk appetite Treasury yields → liquidity conditions USD → crypto purchasing power Oil → inflation pressure Fed → rate expectations But the macro environment remains complicated. The Fed recently delivered a rate hike, while the failed U.S. Senate vote on the CLARITY Act created another source of regulatory uncertainty. --- 🧠 PRO-TRADER LIQUIDITY MAP My interpretation of the Bitget structure: 🟢 BTC $75K–$76K: critical defense area $77K–$78K: recovery zone $80K: major breakout test If BTC holds above $76K and eventually establishes acceptance above $78K, altcoin participation becomes more credible. 🟡 ETH Watch $2.50K–$2.52K. A clean breakout with spot volume would be much more meaningful than a wick above resistance. 🟢 SOL Watch whether SOL can maintain strength while BTC consolidates. That would suggest genuine rotation rather than random small-cap speculation. 🔴 Small caps This is where the risk is highest. IDEX / SEAM / OMNI / TIME / TRU / FIS / GROVE / AST / L3 Large percentage losses + weak liquidity can create enormous slippage. Don't confuse: “down 25%” with “25% discount.” Those are completely different things. --- 🔥 WHAT I'M WATCHING NEXT BTC: $76K → $78K → $80K ETH: $2.39K → $2.50K–$2.52K SOL: $100+ continuation ZEC: momentum + volume confirmation ARB / ENA / LSK / VVV: whether relative strength persists IDEX / SEAM / OMNI: whether capitulation becomes stabilization CAMP / RHEA / ORBS / TURBO: post-delisting liquidity conditions Altcoin Season Index: whether 41 starts expanding materially 🎯 Trading-desk conclusion The biggest signal from Bitget right now is not “everything is pumping.” It's capital fragmentation. BTC is recovering, traditional risk assets have bounced, selected narratives are attracting liquidity, while weak small caps are being aggressively repriced. Bitget's Altcoin Season Index at 41 also argues against treating the entire market as a synchronized altseason. For me, the clean framework is: BTC leads → ETH confirms → SOL participates → majors rotate → small caps follow. If that sequence doesn't develop, chasing isolated green candles can quickly become exit liquidity. [Bitget market data](https://www.bitget.com/price?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

Here are key cryptocurrency market updates as of November 7, 2025: 1. Market sentiment & price action The overall crypto market cap is around $3.47 trillion, with daily trading volume near $170 billion. Bitcoin (BTC) has slipped below the $100,000 mark for the first time since June 2025, and is now trading around ~$101,000. The market is witnessing elevated fear: the “Fear & Greed” index is in the “Fear” zone (mid-20s). According to technical analysis, Bitcoin is testing critical support near $100k. If that breaks, some analysts see a potential move toward ~$92k. Why this matters: A drop below major psychological supports (like $100k) can trigger additional selling from leveraged participants or stop-losses. Institutional and retail sentiment appears cautious — accumulation is weaker, which may delay or reduce a strong rebound. Liquidity is thinning, which can amplify price swings both up and down. 2. Institutional adoption and hedge fund exposure A survey by Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) and PwC found that 55% of hedge funds are now invested in crypto assets, up from 47% a year earlier. On average, these hedge funds allocate around 7% of their assets to crypto, though most keep it below ~2%. Despite stronger adoption, institutional infrastructure still faces risks — derivatives usage is high (67% use derivatives rather than spot holdings). Why this matters: Greater institutional participation often lends credibility and can improve liquidity and stability — though not always immediately. Derivatives heavy usage means risk of large liquidations remains, especially in downturns. Even with increasing adoption, hedge fund allocations are modest relative to overall portfolios — meaning “crypto” is still more niche than mainstream in many cases. 3. Token unlocks & market-structure events Several significant token unlocks are scheduled for Nov 7, 2025: Axioma Token (AXT): ~18.33 million tokens (≈ $22.68 million) unlocking. Openverse Network (BTG): 3.87 million tokens ($66.11 million) unlocking. Omni Network (OMNI): 11.4 million tokens ($33.09 million) unlocking. Why this matters: Token unlocks often lead to increased selling pressure (as insiders/early investors may take profits). If the market is already weak, unlocks can act as catalysts for further downward pressure. Traders and investors should be aware of such structural events—they can change supply dynamics even when broader sentiment is flat. 4. Spotlight on governance & regulatory matters Central Bank of Ireland fined Coinbase Ireland €21.5 million for anti-money-laundering failures. The breach involved failure to properly monitor over 30,000 transactions between 2021-2025. Regulatory actions like this highlight the scrutiny crypto intermediaries remain under — especially those operating cross-border or dealing with large flows. Why this matters: Compliance failures increase investor risk (reputation, operations, legal) for exchanges and platforms. Regulatory clarity (or lack thereof) often affects institutional participation and market sentiment. Regional regulatory actions may set precedents that impact global crypto flows and exchange behavior. 5. Key take-aways & what to watch The market is cautious: major token prices are under pressure, and sentiment is leaning toward fear rather than optimism. Support levels matter: $100k for Bitcoin and ~$3,300 for Ethereum are key numbers. A breakdown could trigger further downside. Institutional adoption is growing, but it’s not yet broad or deeply entrenched—so the market remains vulnerable to shocks. Watch token unlocks, ETF/media flows, and macro/regulatory developments – these are driving many of the current market moves. If you’re actively trading, be aware of increased volatility and thinner liquidity. If you’re investing long-term, this might be a time to dig into fundamentals rather than chase momentum. If you like, I can pull up specific altcoins (top 10, mid-caps, or niche projects) with detailed updates and outlooks for today. Would you like that?
